I propose setting up a UFC style fight between Mayors Wamp and Kelly.
Have the fight at the proposed site of the Lookouts stadium. There is already a roof over the old foundry.
District Attorney Coty Wamp could referee or maybe she and Ginny Kelly could be on the undercard.

I agree with Mr. Hagan.
A sanctioned, five-round, main event exhibition bout between Weston Wamp vs. Tim Kelly on a Saturday night at AT&T stadium would be electric, must-see entertainment.
If Kelly wins, the proceeds can go towards new stadium funding and if Wamp wins the proceeds can go towards the funding of a new technical school.
It would be a smaller scale, Tennessee Valley version of the charity fight that was recently proposed by Elon Musk against his social media adversary Mark Zuckerberg.
I propose an undercard featuring C. Mark Warren vs. Ralph Miller, Marie Mott vs. Coty Wamp and Brenda Washington vs. Rhonda Thurman.
We can have even have Jim Reynolds and Jeff Styles on the call.
Let’s make this happen, Chattanooga.

I can honestly say that Mr. Charles started my day off with a much-needed laugh. I have set my predictions for his hypothetical matchups.
- Wamp vs. Kelly – I think this goes the distance and ends in a draw. I think both have good intentions for Chattanooga and Hamilton County but can’t get past their personal differences to come together and work to resolve critical issues for the taxpayers. Maybe one day…
- Warren vs. Miller- This could have two outcomes. Warren is so distracted with cheering against Coty and Weston, he has no focus and loses 1st round to Miller by TKO. Another scenario would be if Warren hears an ambulance driving by, he will go chasing it and lose to Miller by forfeit.
- Mott vs. C. Wamp- While both are fierce competitors, I think it goes the distance and Wamp pulls it out by decision. Doesn’t really matter, as Mott will find some reason to contest the decision.
- Washington vs. Thurman- I think they are no shows. They instead decided to meet somewhere to have lunch and discuss their difference of opinions in a civil manner. While they may just end up agreeing to disagree on many topics, there may also be some common ground they can relate to. What a heck of a concept for our county and city mayor.

Too funny guys, thanks for the laugh and what a novel idea for a sit down
discussion of ideas and opinions.
I appreciate John Wilson for making this forum possible.
We can all benefit from more humor and laughs.
