On Monday I began seeing signs popping up all around Tennessee House District 27. These signs state various things for example, “Michele Reneau = Defund the Police” “Michele Reneau = State Income Tax” “Michele Reneau = Anti Veterans”, just to name a few.
I personally know Michele and know her well enough to know for a fact that Michele fully supports our men and women in blue (Democrats sure don’t). Michele does not support a state income tax. Of course, I’ve not seen a Democrat official who doesn’t love a good tax increase. I also know that Michele fully supports our great veterans. She knows first hand the sacrifices these men and women have made for our country. Michele’s father and husband are both proud military veterans.
These signs are pure lies and the good men and women in District 27 can see through them. The signs state they are paid for by the Hamilton County Democratic Party. They must have received some bad poll numbers and now are getting desperate. I’m sure they will possibly go lower before Election Day with some other scheme.
The sad thing is Kathy Lennon must be endorsing the lies from within her party. Is that someone you want representing you in Nashville? I think not.
Let’s do the right thing and keep our state red. Please get out and cast a vote for Michele Reneau. She is the right choice for District 27.

I expressed concern about signs magically appearing with false information about a Republican candidate for school board. Now a similar tactic is happening in Tennessee District 27 as signs magically appeared giving the impression Republican Michele Reneau supports a state income tax, defunding the police and other unpopular positions.
The state of Virginia is asking SCOTUS to stay an order forcing them to allow non-citizens to vote. Here locally, Republicans have seen fake campaign signs. Who is employing these tactics?
I challenge Jack Allen, Kathy Lennon, Allison Gorman and other local Democrat candidates to renounce allowing non-citizens to vote or any tactic that uses fake signs which misrepresents their opponent’s views.
Kathy Lennon will you raise a clinched fist to show your strong opposition to this mischief and show support for defending your views in the public forum of democracy?

In the final stretch of this election, the Hamilton County Democrat Party has resorted to desperate tactics to confuse and mislead voters, spreading outright falsehoods about Republican for TN House District 27, Michele Reneau.
The claims include Michele Reneau = Defund the National Guard & Police, State Income Tax. The Democrats signage has confused Michele with their own Liberal Democrat, Kathy Lennon, who supported a 34-cent tax increase during her time on the school board, then disrespected other Commissioners for voting against it despite many other ways they had supported schools. Lennon has openly shown disdain for our law enforcement officers, once posting a closed fist on social media and supporting protests that undermined those who dedicate their lives to keeping our communities safe. And let’s not forget, her participation in underhanded election behavior in 2020 violating the Anti-Skullduggery Act. (see citations below).
Tennessee has rejected certain federal money which had unreasonable restrictions and gotten more out of spending the state money only. Sometimes the federal money is so restrictive and manipulative that it is counterproductive. Liberal, progressives like Lennon want to spend federal money especially and because it frequently promotes their radical agenda.
Michele Reneau has a consistent message of supporting men and women in uniform due to a long-instilled love of country and gratitude for her father and husband's military service and supporting the police. She has a consistent message of responsibility with taxpayer monies and opposing raising taxes.
Don’t buy into the Democrats’ last minute misleading signs and baseless accusations. In fact, let's reject it and send a strong message to keep District 27 safe, strong, and supportive of those who serve us. You can vote, Election Day is on Nov. 5.
