10th Annual Chattanooga 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb Is Oct. 6

The 10th Annual Chattanooga 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb and 3.43 Mile Walk, an event honoring the brave heroes who sacrificed their lives on Sept. 11, 2001, will be held this Sunday at AT&T Field, 201 Power Alley.

Organizers said, "Come together with fellow participants to climb the stairs, symbolizing the heroic efforts made by firefighters and first responders during the tragic events of 9/11. This unique experience allows you to help memorialize their sacrifice while challenging yourself physically and mentally."

Registration is open until the day of the climb at this link.
Registration will be held from 7-8:45 a.m., with the opening ceremony at 9 a.m. and the event starting at 9:30 a.m.
