Nineteen hundred and fifty three was a very great year! A beautiful bouncing baby girl was born on February 7, at home on 2383 Ocoee Street, in Chattanooga, Tennessee, to Frances and Dewey Webb. The home birth itself set in motion the fearlessness Patricia Webb would carry throughout her life. She was the third of six born to her parents.

Patricia was reared in East Chattanooga, and was educated in the Chattanooga Public School System.

God bestows upon each of us gifts and talents to be used for his glory. Patricia’s gifting was within the field of Culinary Arts just as her mother. Early in life, Patricia started working with her mother at Stans Drugs.

She enjoyed cooking for the Chattanooga School System when her children were in grade school. She worked at various cafes in Chattanooga.

Her legacy and memories will be cherished by her loving daughter: Tonya Cook, Atlanta, Georgia; and a devoted son, Jeffrey Webb, Chattanooga; nine adorable grandchildren, and ten lovely great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

A 10 a.m. celebration of life memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 2, in the chapel of the funeral home.

Arrangements by John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, Chattanooga, TN, 423-622-9995.
