Dementia Support Ministry Hosts Orientation Session April 13

The Dementia Support Ministry is hosting an orientation session for individuals who are interested in joining a support group that educates, encourages and support those caring for love ones who suffer with Dementia.

This orientation will be held at 11:30 a.m. this Saturday at Resurrected Baptist Church, 2230 E. 18th St.

The support group will meet monthly providing an opportunity to gather with other individuals who share the same challenges and concerns in an informal environment.

The sessions will be lead by Sheryl Oglesby, a certified dementia practitioner and dementia support group facilitator.
She has extensive experience in nursing in long-term care, assisted living and in memory care management.
