Marcherie J. Savage Announced As Director of Entrepreneurial Development At The INCubator

The Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce announces Marcherie J. Savage's appointment as the new director of entrepreneurial development at the INCubator.

Ms. Savage, a Chattanooga native, brings a wealth of experience and a strong academic background to her new role. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Tennessee State University, focusing on leadership and entrepreneurship.

"Her extensive experience working with numerous small businesses across the region has made her an invaluable asset to our community," officials said.
"Her deep understanding of startups' unique challenges and opportunities ensures she can provide essential guidance and support to budding entrepreneurs."

"The INCubator is a critical component of Hamilton County’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and the Chamber's mission to drive economic growth for the region,” said Charles Wood, president and CEO of the Chattanooga Chamber. “Marcherie’s passion for entrepreneurship and commitment to collaborative leadership will empower startups to thrive locally and globally, ensuring the INCubator's continued success."

Officials said, "Ms. Savage previously served as the economic development marketing manager at the Chattanooga Chamber, where she played a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and designing impactful marketing assets for various platforms. Her efforts have been instrumental in telling Chattanooga’s entrepreneurial story and building vital relationships with business leaders and local entrepreneurs."
