Trump Picks Another Sycophant For His Vice President - And Response (4)

  • Tuesday, July 16, 2024

Well, it seems that Trump has picked another sycophant for his vice president, except that Mike Pence had the integrity not to buy into the deceit pushed by Trump by not certifying the 2020 election that Trump wanted thrown to him. Vance has stated that he would do whatever Trump wanted, thus revealing the degree of (or lack of) integrity he possesses.

I continually wonder how the United States degenerated into the moral and ethical morass in which this nation exists today. Deception, outright lies, adultery and relationships with porn stars, belittling/disrespecting veterans and women, cheap insults to others and the nerve to masquerade as Christians while embracing the above lifestyles is the order of the day in the post-Trump country.

By the way, Trump supporters....spare me the lies and strawman arguments that you typically spout in defense of your "hero." Not once has a Trump supporter had the moral courage to look me in the eye and explain why he or she supports the immorality or lying or disrespecting of women that Trump exemplifies. The typical response is to avert the eyes and utter some mumbo-jumbo about "the Democrats" or "Liberals."

The Word of God has a clear warning about associating with the type of people who embrace the lifestyles of Trump and his allies in Ephesians 5:10 - "And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness but rather reprove them."

Mr. McDonald, I agree wholeheartedly with your letter. You expressed what a lot of people are saying but will not take the time to write. Thank you.

We should never "cherry pick " the Bible to attempt to give justice to one's opinions. This practice is one of many that gives non belivers a reason to question Christianity.

First it amazes me how one can list the faults of some and completely disregard the faults of others. Be rest assured that there is plenty of dirt on the other two. All have sinned and come short of the glory of God.

Quoting the Bible to attempt to vilify someone who does not agree with you is very dangerous. The Bible I read and study everyday says we should not judge. The Bible I read and study says the healthy does not need a doctor but those who are sick.

Opinions are like votes... we all have one. Sometimes we all need to look in the mirror. So maybe if we rad and study the entire scripture and apply it to our daily lives the world might just be a little brighter.

I'll tell you, Mr. McDonald, why I support Donald Trump and J.D. Vance. The Democrat Party under Joe Biden has been an utter train wreck for America. If you want to place all your focus on Mr. Trump's past sexual peccadillos but ignore how the Biden administration has failed to protect our southern border allowing millions of illegals to scatter throughout the country, many unvetted and certainly many dangerous criminals, I believe you have your priorities wrong.

Let's talk about Afghanistan and the botched withdrawal which left billions of dollars of military equipment behind, not the mention abandoning our allies without prior notice.

Let's talk about inflation which has soared under the Biden administration which has hurt poor and middle class families the most.

And let's talk about how the Biden administration has weaponized the DoJ and other agencies such as the FBI to use intimidation and lawfare against perceived opponents.

Finally, let's talk about our current chief executive who is clearly not running the government due to his obvious diminished capacity and who, due to these infirmities, projects weakness to the world at a time when our global enemies are gaining strength, both militarily and diplomatically. I could cite other examples, but you get the picture.

By the way, none of these things I have mentioned were issues when Mr. Trump left office four years ago.

Looking around where progressive Democrats run the show at the federal, state, or local level, I have come to the conclusion that Democrats either are incompetent at governing or are actively trying to destroy the fabric of our nation with their agenda. That is why I vote Republican and hope and pray that the Trump-Vance ticket wins in November and starts rectifying the damage the Democrats have wrought on our great nation.

Here is your face-to-face reason why I intend to vote for Donald Trump:

When former president Trump was in office the inflation rate was 1.9 percent.

The interest rate was less than 3 percent.

The gas prices were less than $2.

There were no wars in the world.

NATO countries were paying their fair share.

Iran was on the “ropes” because of the trade restriction placed on them by President Trump.

North Korea had quit launching missiles over Japan and South Korea and other countries.

The United States was a major exporter of oil products instead of an importer of oil.

The Southern Border of the United States was closed so that illegal drugs traffic was lowest in many years.

Employment rates for all races and creeds were the lowest in history.

Crime was down in our cities across the USA.

Riots were almost nonexistent in our country.

Our president was not “bought and paid for” by China, Russia, Ukraine, and Iran.

No cocaine was found in the White House.

The sons of the president were not “crack heads”.
