Rosebed Rentals in Chattanooga's historic Southside District is couple Lindsay and Dan's passion project.

Lindsay and Dan purchased an abandoned former grain-and-feed warehouse back in 2012 when Southside was largely empty, save for the historic Chattanooga Choo Choo and a small handful of eateries and seedy clubs. Since then, it’s grown into the most walkable neighborhood in Chattanooga, with dozens of locally owned businesses within a 10 minute walk, numerous public works of art, and easy public transportation to explore the rest of downtown.

"The design and decoration of these rentals was a passion project and true labor of love," the couple said on their website. "We are both rabid design and architecture buffs, and have a combined 20+ years in hospitality. This project is a synthesis of everything we love and we are so excited to share these unique properties."

The property now boasts several one- and two-bedroom apartments decorated in unique themes, including Terra Cotta Tranquility, Pink Penthouse Deluxe, Blue Sky and Verde Grande.
