Integrate Counseling Services is celebrating its two-year opening. The practice offers "a warm, vibrant and holistic approach toward healing with collaborative, evidence-based therapy, Spiritual Direction and Microcurrent Neurofeedback," said officials.
Therapy services are for the entire family with a children's therapist seeing kids 4-10, a teenage therapist who incorporates art seeing kids 12 and up, individual, couples, and group counseling with a wide variety of approaches like IFS and EMDR.
Microcurrent Neurofeedback reduces inflammation from the body helping those with long Covid, insomnia, head injuries/concussions, anxiety/depression, Lyme, POTS and PANDAS, trauma/fight-flight responses and more.
