Football Mocs Host Fan Fest Sunday At Finley

  • Saturday, August 3, 2024
The Chattanooga Mocs is closely tied to its community. Those bonds tighten further Sunday, August 4, with Fan Fest at Finley Stadium. The event connects with donors, season ticket holders and fans of all ages as the sun sets on the Mocs home.

"We're excited for this event," Vice Chancellor for Athletics Mark Wharton stated. "It's a great opportunity to bring our program and community together. This team has a special season ahead and is an easy one to get behind and support.

"We look forward to sharing our group August 4 at Finley."

Doors open at 6 p.m.
From 6-7 p.m., the Ultra Club opens to Mocs Club members, season ticket holders and skybox holders with pre-practice interaction with the coaching staff. The concourse is open for fan engagement with a bounce house, tic-tac-toe, the Dr Pepper Halftime for Tuition Challenge inflatables and connect four fan interactives available.

Practice starts at 7 p.m., with the Ultra Club then opened to the public. For those fans that have not purchased season tickets, the Mocs ticket staff is on hand to complete those transactions.

A special added attraction makes its way to the night’s events. The Taste of Finley is taking place as well. This is a first look at the Skybox Menu for the coming season for the skybox crowd although there are samples as well for Mocs Club members and season ticket holders in the Ultra Club from 6-7 p.m. Any leftovers will be available to the general public when the Ultra Club opens fully at 7 p.m.

The event is open to the public in general. The Mocs Club member cutoff for the Ultra Club opening event is the $100 level or higher. Skybox holders can have access to their boxes for the evening but need to request that option directly with Finley Stadium staff by July 29.

The Mocs open the season at Tennessee on Aug. 31. The first home game is also the Southern Conference opener against Mercer on Sept. 14. The home slate also includes visits from Portland State, Wofford, VMI and Samford. Tickets are available here or by calling (423) 266-MOCS (6627).
