The No. 25 ranked Covenant men's soccer team traveled to Rhodes for its first away match of the year. An early goal for the Lynx hurt the Scots as they dropped to 4-1 on the season with the 2-1 loss.

Covenant struggled to find offensive rhythm as it didn't have a shot in the second half until the 79th minute. Rhodes made it 2-0 in the 85th minute as Max McLarty scored on an assist from Kaleb Dawit.

Covenant immediately responded in the 87th minute with a Kade Theunissen left-footed goal after a long ball played him through on net. The Scots kept pressing, but were unable to find the equalizer as Zachary Moir's shot in the final minute was wide left.
