Rosalind Denise Wood
Rosalind Denise Wood, 66, passed away on January 18, 2025, in Chattanooga.
She was born in Newark, New Jersey and moved to Chattanooga at a young age. Rosalind was a Riverside High School graduate.
She was a loving homemaker and a devoted mother, grandmother, sister and best friend.
Rosalind was preceded in death by her mother, Sarah Ann McClendon, her father, Hubert Lee McLendon, and her husband, Jimmy Bush.
She will be deeply missed by her daughter LaToya M. Wood, sisters, Belinda V. Hall and Tjuania (Horice) Doyle; brother, Michael Wood; granddaughter, Tori A. Sims; grandson, Jason S. Gilbert and great grandson, Micah S. Dickerson.
Family and friends will honor Rosalind’s memory with a memorial visitation on Monday, Jan. 27, at 3 p.m. at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 423 622-9995.
