Entrepreneur and home services industry leader Matt Hullander has successfully sold his second home services business, Orange Rhino Concrete Coatings, to Jeremy Langley, owner of Langley Roofing, alongside Orange Rhino's operating partner and co-owner, Brian Brock.
In less than three years, Orange Rhino has expanded its footprint across Chattanooga, Huntsville, and Nashville, becoming a trusted name in high-quality concrete coatings with the industry’s best warranty, it was stated.
“I’m incredibly proud of the brand our team built,” said Mr. Hullander. “We’ve grown Orange Rhino into a strong, multi-location business with a reputation for top-tier service and craftsmanship. I know I’m leaving it in great hands - Jeremy and Brian bring a wealth of experience in the home services space, and I have no doubt they will continue to expand what we started.”
With the sale of Orange Rhino, Mr. Hullander said he will now focus on his latest venture, V2 Strategy Advisors, where he helps other home services business owners maximize their company's value and successfully navigate their own exits.
