Three Wrestling Mocs Prepare For NCAA Championships

Three Chattanooga Mocs are in Philadelphia, Pa., competing at the 2025 NCAA Championships in the Wells Fargo Center. Blake Boarman (133), Noah Castillo (157) and Sergio Desiante (174) are making their first appearances.

All three qualified for automatic bids at the Southern Conference Championships. Castillo and Desiante won titles at their weight classes, while Boarman earned the second allocation at his position. All three bring strong credentials.

8-0 in tournament matches winning the Southern Scuffle and SoCon titles at 174.
5-2 vs ranked opponents including two top 10 wins at the time in the Scuffle semifinals (#4 Lennox Wolak, Va Tech) and title match (#10-Gaven Sax-Oklahoma).
29-4 in his last 33 matches with a 6-4 record against ranked opponents.
