The Sandy Mocs are making a quick trip down the road to clash against OVC opponents for the first time this season as a total of four matches await UTC at the OVC Weekend 1 at Martin.
Friday and Saturday's tournament slate will be a real test for the Sandy Mocs who enter the weekend 8-4 overall. Chattanooga will not face host UT Martin this weekend, and instead will be met with the remaining four OVC squads to give the Mocs their first taste of OVC level competition in the year 2025.
Chattanooga is set to open the action packed weekend against an in-state rival in Tennessee Tech at 1:00 p.m.
ET on Friday, March 21. With a decent break time, the Mocs will regroup for their last match of the day versus Lindenwood at 5:00 p.m ET, a rematch of the 2024 OVC Tournament title game (UTC won that matchup 3-0).
Saturday's slate will begin with Chattanooga squaring off against Eastern Illinois for an early bird game at 9:00 a.m. ET. The fourth and final match of the weekend will then involve Morehead State at 3:00 p.m. ET later that same day.
