25-005672 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Rd, Stay in- Disorder
Police were contacted by a party regarding a disorder. All parties involved were located at the rear of the inn. A couple alleged that a party struck one of them with a golf club, while the initial suspect claimed the other man was the initial aggressor. Cell phone footage provided by a bystander and surveillance footage from hotel maintenance did not clearly identify a primary aggressor.
All parties were advised to separate and avoid further conflict

25-005634- 10 BLK Woodard Circle- Back EMS
Police were dispatched in reference to a CPR in progress. When police arrived on the scene, CPR was no longer being performed on the patient. Police remained on scene to assist medical personnel.
25-005637 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Activity
Maintenance for this property reported an elder, homeless male, possibly named “John” had set up an encampment on the sidewalk in front of the building at this location and he needed to be advised to move along. At the time of the call, the subject was not on scene, however, police spoke with several parties familiar with him and he eventually returned and collected his belongings and left.
25-005638 – 100 BLK Interstate 75 Northbound – Check the Well-being
Police were dispatched to the interstate after a caller reported an older male party walking along side of the roadway. An officer spoke with the subject, who advised he was attempting to walk to Hixson. After verifying the party’s information, police assisted him in his journey and transported him to the Murphy Express on Lee Highway.
No Number Needed – 6400 BLK Ringgold Road – Informational
ERPD again encountered a man lingering on the parking lot of this property. Police had previously contacted him and advised him to linger elsewhere, and he was issued a criminal trespass. The officer informed the man he was still trespassed and to leave the area.**Note, officers have been granted the authority to criminally trespass any party lingering, loitering or otherwise occupying this property as they are not allowed to be here.**

Police were dispatched to assist in a mental health evaluation. An officer then transported the party for an evaluation.
25-005649 – 1000 BLK Bass Pro Dr – Theft
Loss Prevention reported a heavy-set male wearing Carhart type khaki pants with suspenders with a short white in shorts stole approximately $1000 in fishing lures on May 26. The suspects then left the property in a red, regular cab Dodge Ram with fishing poles extending from the bed.

The caller wanted to have a woman trespassed from his apartment. The RP stated that he allowed her to stay the night due to the rain, but now she was claiming it as her residence and would not leave. The woman was issued the trespass and stated she understood. 25-000104
25-005654- 3700 BLK Fountain Ave- Suspicious Person
Officers received a call regarding a female in the parking lot yelling at people and scaring children. ERPD located the woman who was identified as the subject of the previous trespass complaint. She kept attempting to walk away from officers after being advised she was not free to leave. The woman was arrested for Disorderly conduct and resisting stop, halt, frisk, arrest.
25-005656 – 4900 BLK Maryland Drive – Domestic Disorder
A woman called police to request a disorder prevention after a fight she had with her boyfriend of one year. Police presence was provided while the boyfriend gathered his belongings and departed.
25-005657 – 2000 BLK Schmidt Road – Back EMS
A male and a female were treated for excessive alcohol intoxication. Police provided physical security for EMS.
25-005660 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Suspicious Activity
A female was observed parking her blue Subaru Forester in the Sally Port of the police station who then proceeded to bang on the door. The woman was transported to the hospital for sleep deprivation after stating she hadn’t slept in over 48 hours.

25-005666- 600 BLK Camp Jordan Pkwy Starbucks- Wellbeing check
Police responded to this located on reports of a female ‘nodding’ in the parking lot behind the wheel of a green pickup truck. The woman advised officers that she was not nodding but looking down at her phone.
25-005668- 6900 BLK Village Lake Cir- Check Wellbeing
Police responded to this address after ADT called in an open door. Police spoke with the resident/keyholder who was on the phone with ADT attempting to get her passcode figured out. She wished to file a miscellaneous report to document this ongoing issue.
25-005669-1100 BLK Tamarack Trail-Fraud
A man reported that his sister had used funds from their mother's account that they were both listed on without his permission. He was advised that the issue was civil in nature and to seek legal counsel.
25-005671-1300 BLK Pleasant Drive-Harassment
The resident reported to Police that approximately two weeks ago, her neighbor had come out onto his porch at his residence and made a rude gesture towards her while she was cutting her grass. She was advised to ignore her neighbor and to call back in if he attempted to cause an issue on her property.
25-005680- S Moore Road at S Terrace- Traffic Stop
A man was stopped for speeding and window tint. It was discovered he had an active warrant out of Hamilton County Session Court for Harassment. The subject was transported to Hamilton County Jail without incident.
25-005686 – 1400 BLK Mack Smith Road- SIA
Police did a property check at the old East Ridge Retirement Home after an officer found the front sliding glass door unsecured. Officers then cleared the building with the help of mutual aid from the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office K-9 division. Police were unable to locate anyone currently occupying the building. They did discover multiple rooms on the second floor of the G side, which indicated people were staying overnight in the building.

A father was having trouble disciplining his teenage son. Police advised the parent on his options for Hamilton County Juvenile Courts.
25-005692 – 1400 BLK Choate Road – Domestic Assault
The caller told police that her wife of ten years assaulted her and threatened her with scissors after the couple had an argument over missing earbuds. Police found no evidence to substantiate the claims. However, an incident report was provided at the complainant’s request.
25-005696 – 1500 BLK McBrien Road – Deceptive Practice
The victim alleged a friend forged her name on a bill of sale and title of her HUMVEE, selling it without her permission about three months ago. The party stated she has a confession of the crime and will provide evidence and documentation to police.
25-005693 – 500 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Theft
An unidentified male created a disorder by attempting to fight other patrons and left without paying when confronted by management. The business wished to prosecute for the theft upon identification of the suspect.
