Millard Presley
Millard Presley, 75, walked into the arms of Jesus on June 8, 2025. He was born on August 12, 1949, in Ringgold, Georgia. At the time of his passing, he was a resident of Apison, Tennessee.
Millard served in the United States Air Force and was deployed to Vietnam for some time. He was a faithful member of Bayside Baptist Church for 35 years, where he loved being around his church family, most importantly the children. He enjoyed camping, going on cruises, attending Braves games, and meeting new people. If you knew Millard, you knew he was always having fun. Millard loved being with his family and spending precious time with them; it was especially important to him to spend sweet time with his great grandbabies.
Millard was preceded in death by his parents, William Earl and Florene Presley, and his sisters, Shirley Boring and Pam Presley.
He truly loved life and his family. Survivors include his loving wife of 35 years, Robbie Presley; his children, Shawn (Marilyn) Presley, Charles (Starr) Presley, Eryn (Michael) Anderson, and Michalla (Christopher) Harvey; grandchildren, Tyler, Alex, Jordan (Mason), Will (Lindzee), and Aiden; and great grandchildren, Dean, Caleb, and Taylor; sisters, Vicki (Ricky) Teague and Sandy (James) Walker; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends 10 a.m.-noon, on Thursday, June 12 at Bayside Baptist Church. Following visitation, the funeral service will begin promptly at noon in the church sanctuary.
Burial with military honors is set for 1:30 p.m. in the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
