A longtime tenant at the Tennessee Riverport off Amnicola Highway has been sold for $20,205,000.
The land transaction for the site at 72 Riverport Road has been closed between Hamilton Plastics and Soteria Flexibles Corp.
Thomas Blaige, chairman and CEO of Blaige & Company, which handled the sale, earlier commented, "It was a pleasure working with the Shah family. It was founded in 1986 and has remained headquartered in Chattanooga.
