On August 8, 2008, in Atlanta, Georgia, a precious gift was born to Ms.Brigni Nicole Allen and Mr. Jameko Stevens: Kennedy Briyanna- Jae. Kennedy always enjoyed life with zest and unique determination. She lived and thrived, learning to navigate life for 16 years, until her untimely departure on June 22, 2025 in Lilburn, Georgia.

She was a rising member of the Senior class of Peachtree Ridge High School, Suwanee, Ga. Kennedy was cradled in the arms of a devoted village here — a circle of love that nurtured her every step — family, friends, teachers, and mentors — who poured into her life with unwavering support, pride, and deep affection. They celebrated her every joy, guided her personal growth, and stood beside her with boundless love.

She was the granddaughter of Jennifer and Charles Gore, Conyers, Ga. She was the great granddaughter of the late Dr. Oscar and Elizabeth Allen and Mrs. Barbara Gore, lifetime Chattanooga residents. Kennedy is survived by her parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends. Now, as we grieve her loss, we take solace in knowing she has gone to a place where love continues — a place where other loving members of her village abound, having gone before her. There, she is welcomed with open arms, watched over by those who once walked this life and now stand guard in the next. We are assured she will be held in their care, just as she was held in ours — forever loved, forever protected, and never alone.

A Celebration of Life services will be held Monday, July 7, 2025, at 11 a.m. at New Mercies Christian Church in Lilburn, Ga.

Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery, on Tuesday, July 8, at 12 p.m. in Chattanooga.

Arrangements are by Donald Trimble Mortuary, Inc., Decatur, Ga.
