Women's City Golf Championship Is Tuesday, Wednesday At Creeks Bend

  • Monday, July 28, 2025

Fifty-six women will be vying for the City Golf Championship to be held at Creeks Bend on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week.

Included in the field are three-time champion Amy Long of Creeks Bend, who won titles in 1987, 2005, and 2023 (interestingly, all were 18 years apart!) and Katie Woodruff of Council Fire, who just finished runner up in the Tennessee State Amateur at CG&CC. Linda Carter, of Valleybrook, will attempt to defend her senior title.

Play will begin at 9:00 both days and spectators are welcome.
