Erlanger Launches ErlangerNOW Mobile Wayfinding App For Patients And Visitors

  • Monday, August 11, 2025

Erlanger has launched ErlangerNOW, a new mobile wayfinding app to help direct patients and visitors.

The app eases navigation throughout Erlanger practices, clinics, and parking, and offers turn-by-turn, onsite directions at Erlanger Baroness Hospital, Erlanger East Hospital, Children’s Hospital at Erlanger, and Erlanger Medical Mall. Patients can also access MyChart, browse providers, receive real-time updates, bookmark favorite locations, and access other key patient resources.

“The ErlangerNOW app is a game-changer for our hospital and the people we serve, making healthcare at Erlanger feel more connected and less overwhelming,” said Vice President of Operations, Adam Schreader, MSN, NP-BC. “It’s like having a friendly guide in your pocket, helping patients and families find their way through our hospitals with clear, step-by-step directions to everything from patient rooms to the cafeteria. We’re very excited to offer this tool to our community because it simplifies the healthcare journey and is one more way we can help our patients and families feel supported.”

The free app can be downloaded from the Apple Store or Google Play.
