New Coolidge Park Fountain And Carousel Hours

Chattanooga Parks, Recreation, Arts & Culture Department will turn on the fountain at Coolidge Park for the Spring/Summer season on Tuesday, April 5, weather permitting.

Hours of operation will be 8 a.m. – 10 p.m., seven days a week.

This interactive play fountain is open to the public. Water quality is checked several times per day.

A few rules to keep in mind when visiting the fountain at Coolidge Park: no pets; no water balloons, water guns, or other toys allowed; no skates, skateboards, scooters, or bicycles allowed; toddlers must wear swim diapers; footwear is recommended; and never leave children unattended.

Also starting on Tuesday, April 5, the Carousel at Coolidge Park hours of operation will be Mondays – Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. and on Sundays from 1–7 p.m. Cost is 50 cents for children 12 and under, $1 for adults and 50 cents for seniors.
