Shelby Hope Butler, 6 months, died on Monday, July 7, 2008 at a local hospital.
She was born in East Ridge, Tn., to Ashley Tackett and Tommy Butler. She will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved her.
She is survived by her parents; siblings, Tiara, Tabatha, Tristin, and Ronnie Butler and Marcus Tackett; grandparents, Dennis Tackett and Betty; grandmother, Karen Tackett; aunts, Joyce Tackett, Chrissy Scott and Carol Butler; uncles, Terry Butler, Timothy and Travis Tackett, and J.R. Beck.
Visitation will be on Sunday from 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Graveside services will be at 12:30 p.m. on Monday at Chattanooga Memorial Park, Red Bank.
Arrangements are by the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory, and Florist.
