Michael Blevins
Michael W. Blevins, 48, of Chattanooga, died on Sunday, April 5, 2009 in a local hospital.
He was a graduate of Tyner High School. He was of the Baptist faith and a member of Ooltewah Masonic Lodge. Mike was well-known in the automotive industry having spent 18 years with Mountain View Ford, and the last six years with Prebul Ford in Ringgold.
He was known for his kindness and generosity.
He is survived by his son, Jason Blevins, of Chattanooga; mother, Mary L. Tatum of Apison; father, W.M. “Champ” Blevins of Ringgold; brothers, Randy (Cheryl) Blevins, of Birchwood, Rick(Kelley) Blevins of Ringgold; and the lights of his life,
nephew and niece, Garret and Maggie Blevins; and friend and companion, Nikki Ridley of Chatsworth, Ga.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday at Heritage Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Bill Mason officiating. Interment will follow in Lakewood Memory Gardens, East.
Pallbearers are Andy Watson, Tommy Broom, Keith Berry, Mike Hamby, Rick Hall, Troy Painter, Larry Crane and Steve Moss.
