John Todd Jones, age 37, of 3140 Moreland Avenue Conley, GA was arrested April 20, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Jones remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Timothy Franklin Tackett, age 29, of 26 Pinto Lane Rossville, GA was arrested April 20, 2012 for Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Tackett remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Lee Edwin Yerkes, age 23, of 11606 Meadowview Road Georgetown, TN was arrested April 20, 2012 for Probation Violation, Burglary and Hold for Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, TN. No bond has been set. Yerkes remains incarcerated at CCDC.
Robert Channins Yarbrough, age 22, of 310 Willow Bend Drive Hiram, GA was arrested April 21, 2012 for Forgery 1st Degree and Obtaining or Attempting to Obtain Drugs by Fraud. Yarbrough was released on $6,000 bond.
Candice Marie Watson, age 24, of 415 Barnhardt Circle Ft. Oglethorpe, GA was arrested April 22, 2012 for Obtaining or Attempting to Obtain Drugs by Fraud. Watson was released on $2,500 bond.
Johnny Allen Brown, age 20, of 74 Alex Circle Lot #4 Ringgold, GA was arrested April 23, 2012 for Theft by Taking. Brown was released on $5,000 bond.
James Bryan Miller, age 26, of 825 Pinta Circle Sale Creek, TN was arrested April 23, 2012 for Serious Injury by Vehicle, Fleeing or Attempting to Elude, Driving on Suspended or Revoked License and Weaving. Miller was released on $10,500 bond.
Alexandra Dias, age 31, of 804 N Selvidge Street Dalton, GA was arrested April 24, 2012 for three counts of Homicide by Vehicle, Reckless Driving and Speeding. Dias was released on $15,000 bond.
Joshua Dewayne Johnson, age 26, of 470 Arabian Lane Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested April 24, 2012 for Burglary. Johnson was released on $5,000 bond.
Crystal Surene O’Donald, age 34, of 267 Jennie Lane Tunnel Hill, GA was arrested April 24, 2012 for Bond Surrender on Sale of Methamphetamine and Use of a Communication Facility in Committing or Facilitating a Felony. Bond has been set at $20,000. O’Donald remains incarcerated at CCDC.
