Hamilton County Schools To Have 2-Hour Delay Wednesday Due To Flooding

Due to continued rain and the possibility of flooding, Hamilton County Schools will be delayed two hours Wednesday.

Child care sites will open at the regular time.

Closed Wednesday due to flooding will be Marion County, McMinn County, Meigs County, Polk County, Richard Hardy and Sweetwater Schools.

Chattooga County will have a three-hour delay, while at Dade County, teachers report at 9:30 a.m. and students at 10 a.m. Catoosa County Schools and Walker County Schools are on a two-hour delay.

Schools with a two-hour delay include Notre Dame, Boyd Buchanan, St.

Jude School and OLPH will have a two-hour delay.

Collegedale Academy will have a one-hour delay.
