A new downtown hotel will be going up across from the Doubletree Hotel on Chestnut Street.
It will be at the corner of Fifth Street where there is now a parking lot.
Dynamic Group will break ground at the site of the new Holiday Inn & Suites on Monday.
The address is 434 Chestnut St.
A press conference to give details will be Monday at 11 a.m.
