County To Pay $60,000 To Settle Lawsuit Involving Bicyclist, County Ambulance

The county has agreed to pay $60,000 as settlement of a lawsuit involving a county ambulance striking a bicyclist.

The incident happened May 15, 2012, near Erlanger Hospital.

County Attorney Rheubin Taylor said John Doub had $72,000 in medical bills.

He said the case went to mediation.
