Man Stabbed In Domestic Dispute On Sunrise Lane Saturday Morning

A man was stabbed Saturday morning on Sunrise Lane. 

At approximately 11:41 a.m., the Chattanooga Police Department responded to a reported stabbing at 309 Sunrise Lane. Officers located a 45-year-old black male suffering from a non-life threatening stab wound.

The victim was transported to a local hospital for his injury. 

The incident is domestic related and investigators are working to determine what happened at this time. At this time, both parties involved in the domestic assault are in the process of being questioned. Once investigators are able to determine who the primary aggressor was in the incident, an arrest will be made. There is no threat to public safety involving this incident.

The investigation is ongoing and more information will be released when available.
