James Edward "Jim Ed" Smith, 73, of Guild, Tennessee, died on Monday, December 7, 2015.
He was surrounded by his loving family. The son of the late Paul Edward and Bea Swafford Smith, Jim
Ed is survived by his wife, Judy Smith; sons, Wade (Tammy) Smith, Ron (Melissa) Tucker , Mitch (Beth) Smith; grandchildren, Rachel, Bailey, Riley, Jaydon, Jaxon, and Mason; great-grandson, Tucker; sisters, Bobbie (Johnny) Morrison, Carole (Ken) Terry, and Janie (Cobby) Wynne; brother, Wayne (Opal) Smith; numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held on Thursday, Dec. 10, at 6 p.m. CST in the funeral home chapel. Brenda Woods and Cecil Baxter will officiate. The family will receive friends from 3:00-6:00 p.m. CST prior to the service.
