Stafford, Ralph Willard

Ralph Willard Stafford, 88, of Chattanooga, died on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 in a local health care facility. 

Ralph was a member of Battrtlebaugh Baptist Church and worked most of his life in the roofing business.

Ralph was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Marguerite. 

He is survived by sons, James (Janet) Stafford and Eddie (June) Stafford; five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; brother, Joe. E. Stafford; sisters, Laverne Emmett, Elverta Nave, Viola Evans, and Catherine Prater; and several nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held Friday, April 17, from 4-8 p.m. at North Chapel.

A celebration of life will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 18, at North Chapel with Reverend Bob Patty officiating. Burial will follow in Lakewood Memory Gardens East.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the Bartlebaugh Building Fund, 6129 Champion Road, Chattanooga, Tn. 37416.

Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson.
