Luther “Luke” Warren Pogue, III, 63, of East Ridge, died on Thursday, April 9, 2015.

Luke was born and reared in Chattanooga, was a graduate of Brainerd High School Class of 69, and graduated from Chattanooga State Community College. He was a long-time member of Highland Park Baptist Church and was the owner and operator of Special Friends of America Telemarketing.  He was also involved with the Greater Chattanooga Darts Association where he served as past president and helped with raising funds for the Special Olympics.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Luther Warren Pogue, Jr. and Vanna Laura Sears Pogue.

Surviving are his son, Matthew Pogue; grandsons, Cameron and Ezra Pogue; and sister, Janice E. Pogue.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Saturday, April 11, at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 12, at the funeral home with Reverend Dan Davis officiating.  Entombment will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens in Hixson.

Arrangements are by the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory, and Florist, 404 South Moore Road.
