Billy “Bill” A. Stoker, 80, of LaFayette, Georgia, passed away Saturday, May 30, 2015.
He was born on January 14, 1935 to Irvin and Tennie Stoker; and was also preceded in death by his brother, Ralph Stoker.
Bill retired from the Coca Cola Company in Chattanooga.
He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Vera Bradley Stoker; daughter, Pat Clark; brother, Julian Stoker all of LaFayette; grandchildren, Kristy Snyder and Chad Thornton; great- grandchildren, Megan Snyder and Cody Broome all of LaFayette; two great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Wallis Memorial Chapel will be Tuesday, June 2, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Henry Hampton and Chaplain Dwight Wilson officiating. Pallbearers are Ronald Bradley, Joel Bradley, Wade Bradley, Cody Broome, Chad Thornton, and Michael Day. Interment will be in the LaFayette Cemetery.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday, June 1 from 6-9 p.m.
