Traffic Stop Leads To Drug Arrest - And Other Collegedale Police Calls

A traffic stop in the 8900 block of Old Lee Highway resulted in the driver getting arrested for possession of a Schedule I drug with intent to resale, possession of a Schedule VI drug, and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Officers assisted a citizen who ran out of gas in the 8500 block of Apison Pike.

A two-vehicle crash occurred in the 9400 block of Apison Pike.

An unknown 9-1-1 call came in from the 9600 block of Bull Pen Drive. Officers searched the area and found no signs of an emergency.

Officers responded to a report of a smoking transformer in the 10000 block of Standifer Gap Road. Officers notified EPB, who came out to assess the damage.

Officers checked the well-being of an individual in the 4600 block of Sweet Berry Lane. The individual was transported by EMS shortly after.

Officers responded to reports of a prowler in the 10000 block of Sunny Lane. Officers thoroughly searched the area and found nothing out of the ordinary.

Officers responded to an alarm in the 5200 block of Ooltewah Ringgold Road. Everything checked ok.
