Courtney Lynch, 12th District Attorney General, has been elected by fellow members of the Tennessee District Attorneys General Conference (TNDAGC) to serve on the organization’s executive committee. In this position, General Lynch will play a crucial role in guiding the overall administration of justice in Tennessee.
“It is a privilege to serve on the executive committee and to work among such dedicated colleagues,” said General Lynch.
“The executive committee is at the heart of every decision we make in our work to improve public safety and provide for a more prompt and efficient administration of justice throughout this great state,” said TNDAGC Executive Director Stephen Crump. “I’m confident General Lynch will uphold this responsibility admirably.”
General Lynch took office in 2022 as the 12th District Attorney General. She also served the people of the 12th district both through her work in private practice and for ten years as an assistant district attorney. General Lynch currently serves as chair of the TNDAGC Legislative Committee and serves on the Child Support Committee.
