Judy Youngblood, 75, of Ringgold, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at her home. She was a life-long resident of North Georgia, and was a member of Shield Baptist Church in Chickamauga. Mrs. Youngblood was employed at Candlewick Yarns for many years, and was a caregiver to her loved ones.
She was preceded in death by her parents, David Martin and Dorothy Langford; son, Allen (Elaine) Youngblood; brothers, Richard Strickland and Rodney Strickland; and her sister, Bobbie Provins.
Survivors include her loving husband of 52 years, James Youngblood; sons, Bryan (Mary) Thompson, Jamie Thompson, Steve (Sharon) Youngblood and Joey (Shanna) Youngblood; daughters, Gayle (Greg) Nichols and Donna (Bill) Lloyd; brothers, Bill Loveless, Terry Teague, Johnny Teague and Gene Teague; sisters, Beverly Bass, Tommie Nance, Teresa Denton and Peggy Svzwedko; 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Graysville Cemetery.
