Ms. Wagner said, “One of my greatest accomplishments is working with teenagers and seeing their abilities being highlighted and hopefully a lifelong experience has been gained by attending a mountain rope safety course. Three years ago, I started training the United States Naval Sea Cadet Corps during their summer trainings, led by LCDR Stacy Kehoe, USNCC. These cadets traveled to Signal Mountain from all over the United States. I have appreciated getting to know these young adults and seeing how they will put these skills to use in their futures. I also want to thank the Judge David Campbell Chapter, NSDAR, for awarding me this prestigious recognition. It truly was an honor.”
