Allen Cortez Marsh was arrested after he and a co-worker met at the Circle K on Lee Highway to engage in a fist fight. Police said Marsh fired a shot during the incident last Wednesday.

Police were told there was an altercation between the driver of a red Chevy Silverado and a silver Dodge Charger. The Charger had a large dent on the driver side.

Witnesses said both vehicles were traveling south on Mountain View Road and pulled into the Circle K. They said the driver of the Silverado, later identified as Corey Davis, got out of his vehicle, but the driver of the Charger (Marsh) did not.

The witnesses said when the Charger started to drive off that the Silverado driver threw a rock at it. Then Marsh reached out of the driver door and fired a single shot to the rear toward the Silverado. The bullet did not hit Davis or his vehicle.

Police said the Circle K was busy with people and also there was heavy traffic nearby.

The owner of ProX Powersports said both men were his employees.

Police said Marsh left the scene and later wrecked the Charger at 2700 12th Ave.

Marsh, 30, of 2212 Kirby Ave., was charged with felony reckless endangerment.
