Maucere Law Group LLC And Barham Legal LLC Combine To Form Full-Service Business Law Firm

Chattanooga-based law firm Maucere Law Group LLC merged with Nashville and Columbus, Oh. firm Barham Legal, LLC on Jan. 1.

The new firm, Barham & Maucere LLC, is a full-service business law boutique with a focus on cutting-edge representation in the areas of corporate law, startups, business litigation, creditors’ rights and foreclosure law, entertainment law, securities regulation, tax law, and estate planning.

Maucere Law Group LLC provides legal services to businesses, entrepreneurs, and investors in Chattanooga, TN. Founder attorney Scott Maucere will remain with Barham & Maucere LLC as member and chief legal officer. “For the past 10 years, Maucere Law Group has focused on sophisticated legal matters for startups and businesses across the country,” Mr. Maucere said. “Ultimately it’s about offering the highest level of service and advocacy for our clients. Barham & Maucere LLC will take our respective practices to the next level.”

Managing Member, Daniel Barham, said that Barham & Maucere LLC had selected Chattanooga as the headquarters for the new firm, though it would maintain presences in the Nashville and Columbus markets. “Part of Barham Legal LLC’s unique value proposition is the ability to represent creditors and investors in default services and creditor litigation matters on a multi-state basis.
