Over the first two weeks of December, the annual Christmas at the Courthouse concert series will showcase student ensembles from 20Hamilton County Schools.
“This decades-old tradition for Hamilton County Government recognizes public servants and elected officials with sounds of the season provided by students from elementary, middle and high schools in Hamilton County Schools,” said Claire Stockman, arts director for the school district.
Each concert will take place within the historic walls of the “old” Hamilton County Courthouse. There will be a concert each weekday between Dec. 2 and Dec. 6, with concerts starting each day at 11 a.m. Superintendent Dr. Bryan Johson and members of the Hamilton County School Board will be recognized at the performance on Tuesday, Dec. 3.

Dec. 5 - Howard Connect Academy & Clifton Hills Elementary
Dec. 6 – Chattanooga High Center for Creative Arts
Dec. 9 - Hunter Middle & Wallace A. Smith Elementary
Dec. 10 - East Ridge Middle and High & Spring Creek Elementary
Dec. 11 - East Hamilton High & Ooltewah High
Dec. 12 - Brainerd High & Tyner Academy
Dec. 13 - Central High & Wolftever Creek Elementary
