Bell Development Plans New Townhome Project At 7023 Hixson Pike

Bell Development is planning a new townhome project at 7023 Hixson Pike.

Jay Bell is seeking a Planned Unit Development for the 35-acre property.

It is adjacent to a similar subdivision.

The site contains streams that will need buffering, it was stated.

The Regional Planning Agency staff is recommending approval.

It goes before the Planning Commission on Monday at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.
