Lee University Athletics has announced a partnership with Teamworks. The digital software partnership takes all 18 Lee sports and centralizes all the daily functions of the athletic department for both the student-athlete and the staff. Lee will be a Teamworks Elite partner which is achieved by schools who invest in multiple products within Teamworks' Operating System for Sports.
Lee Deputy Athletic Director Jessica McIntyre is excited to be a part of the partnership. “Teamworks is trusted by top athletic programs across the country and bringing it to our department will elevate how we support our student-athletes and streamline communication for our staff.
This is a major step forward as we continue to grow and modernize our operations. We’re excited for the impact this will have across every team and area of our department.”
The Flames will be using Hub and Compliance and Recruiting (C+R) as a part of the platform. Hub integrates communication, scheduling, and collaboration tools that ensures the department will have seamless coordination among staff and athletes, optimizing efficiency and organization.
The Compliance and Recruitment platform will help streamline the recruitment process, put all the data into one spot, and reduce the risk of compliance violations.
Kay Dillon, a Territory Lead for Teamworks, is ready to see what the partnership will do for Lee. “We’re thrilled to welcome Lee University as an Elite Teamworks partner. By adding C+R and Hub to their tech stack, they’ve made a bold commitment to student-athlete experience and operational excellence. It’s especially exciting to see them become only the second Elite partner in the Gulf South Conference—setting the bar for innovation in the league.”
“Adopting Teamworks is a meaningful investment in how we operate and communicate as a department,” said Lee Director of Compliance Silvia Beauzile “It gives us new tools to stay connected, stay organized, and ultimately provide a better experience for our student-athletes. We're committed to growing in smart, strategic ways—and this platform helps move us in that direction.
