Helen Ross McNabb Center Welcomes Brad Franks

The Helen Ross McNabb Center announces Brad Franks as director of Hamilton and McMinn Counties. In this role, Mr. Franks will oversee the Center’s outpatient services in the Greater Chattanooga Area.

Mr. Franks, a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), has been with the Helen Ross McNabb Center for the past 10 years. Most recently he served as the Center’s director of addiction services in Knoxville. 

“Brad Franks is an excellent addition to our team in the Greater Chattanooga Area,” said Gayle Lodato, Helen Ross McNabb Center senior director. “He brings expertise and a continued desire to improve lives in our community.”

Mr. Franks attended Carson Newman College and graduated with a Masters of Science in Counseling in 2008 and earned his LMFT in 2011. Mr. Franks specializes trauma focused treatment, co-occurring disorders and family systemic therapy. He is a member of several statewide committees, including the Tennessee Association of Mental Health Organization Addictions Committee; the Tennessee Association of Alcohol, Drug & other Addiction Services and the Co-Occurring Collaborative East Tennessee steering committee.

Mr. Franks resides in Chattanooga and enjoys spending time outside and attending concerts with his wife and daughter. He is excited to bring his knowledge and skills to his home community.
