McCallie Tennis Sweeps Chattanooga Christian School, 9-0

At McCallie, the Blue Tornado swept the doubles to begin the match and then won all 6 singles matches to blank the Chattanooga Christian Chargers (CCS) 9-0 in middle school tennis.  Drew Holland won in both singles and doubles, and Jacob Cornell, George Robbins, William Negus, Zachary Murray and Gokul Palanati were doubles winners. Singles wins came from John Edwards, Barnes Thomas, Frierson Brown, Adit Harish and Henry Clark.  McCallie is now 6-0.


The McCallie B team defeated the CCS B team 6-2.  Whit Chakwin teamed with Gaurav Rathi to win in doubles, and Liam Ensign, Paul Tran, JB Watson, Collin Levredge and JD Gant were victorious in singles.


Overall McCallie played 21 players, and 18 of those players won in either singles or doubles.  The individual results of the match were as follows:
