Kathy Evon Phillips, 42, of Chickamauga, passed away January 21, 2020 in Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include her daughter, Kristin Phillips, of Ft. Oglethorpe; son, Dakota Phillips, of Rising Fawn; mother, Margaret Louise Raines; sisters, Tena McDaniel, of Trenton, Jessica Raines, of Chickamauga; brother, Robert Raines, of Lookout Valley; nieces, Shellie Raines, Britney Raines and Breana Schupska; nephews, Ashton, Austin and Corey Raines; and several cousins.
Memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 24 in the Trenton Chapel of Moore Funeral Home, with Brother Lonnie Denney officiating.
Family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 5 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Kidney Association.
