Charlotte Ann Gooden, 75, of Hixson, passed away on Monday, August 25, 2025.

Charlotte was a member of Union Springs Baptist Church and the Alhambra Shrine Ladies. She was a devoted Christian and loved her Lord. Charlotte was co-owner and operator of Jamups Cycle of Chattanooga.

She is survived by her husband, Darwin “Jamup” Gooden; sister, Sandra Lewis; step-sons, Timothy and Michael Gooden; her special love, Aaron Lewis; nephews, David Lewis, Michael and Bill Harvey; nieces, Deborah Geren and Carlene Gooden; grandsons Jeremy, Justin and Tike Gooden; several great grandchildren, Skylar, Kaylann, Eyston, Ayrian, Zayden, Ryder, Georgia Kate and Leah.

The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 30, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.

A Celebration of Charlotte’s life will follow at 1 p.m. on Saturday, at the North Chapel with Pastor Bill Harvey and Pastor Odell Broadway officiating. Burial will be in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
