The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an inmate stabbing that occurred Tuesday morning at the Silverdale Detention Center.
Detectives can confirm one inmate was stabbed and transported to a local hospital. The extent of their injuries is not known at this time.
Detectives are on the scene at CoreCivic and investigating.
