The Edge Apartments at the corner of Vine and Houston streets has sold for $6 million.
The sale was to 422 Vine Street Chattanooga Llc from Cra Vine422 Ll.
Urban Story Ventures partnered with Green Real-Estate Group, LLC in 2015 to develop the five-story, 60-bed, urban housing project.
It was initially called VINE 422 because of its address of 422 Vine St.
Officials said the development "consists of one, two, and three bedroom apartments, featuring plank flooring, designer kitchens and a full appliance package, including a washer and dryer for each unit. Amenities include water/sewer, trash removal and once monthly cleaning services. The shared community space includes a fire-pit and outdoor grilling area, unique bike rack, as well as assigned parking. The ground floor of the building boasts a dine in Mediterranean restaurant."
