Frontier Building has completed the renovation of Kentucky Fried Chicken at 342 Kimball Crossing Dr. in Kimball, Tn., which will restore more than 20 jobs in the community.
Last June, the fast-casual establishment was destroyed by an overnight fire and was declared a total loss. Construction on the new structure began in November 2019 when Miami-based Frontier was hired to build a new ground-up structure and upgrade the parking lot of the fire-damaged establishment. The new restaurant’s interior is far more modern than the previous 2017 remodel the building presented. Frontier’s Charles Radabaugh was the project manager.
“The new layout offers a more efficient layout,” said Mr. Radabaugh. “We worked with the client directly to ensure that all blueprints and design details were correct to minimize errors and get the job done effectively and efficiently.”
The updated KFC offers 2,879 square feet of interior space, as well as a drive-thru and 46 parking spaces.
