Chattanooga-based IT and cybersecurity company InfoSystems, celebrated its 25th year in business last year and has added IT veteran,Tim Morton to its Infrastructure Engineering Team in the capacity of senior solutions architect.
“Tim brings a wealth of technical knowledge to InfoSystems,” said Fred Cobb, executive vice president of services and chief information security officer at InfoSystems. “His robust subject matter expertise includes, but is not limited to, network engineering, virtualization, Windows, Linux, server and networking hardware, firewalls, SQL, Microsoft Exchange/Office 365, Microsoft Azure and much more.
Tim also has deep dive experience in solution architecture, solution design, as well as in cybersecurity products and services.”
A Maryville College graduate, Mr. Morton has almost a decade-and-a-half of experience in the information technology space, including stops at Pilot Travel Centers as a programmer and analyst, LBMC Technology Solutions as a network engineer, and Sword & Shield Enterprise Security as an engineer and solutions architect.
“I am really looking forward to utilizing my technical expertise to take care of our clients at InfoSystems,” said Mr. Morton. “I love helping clients with various engineering projects, delivering to their security needs, and making sure their infrastructure is optimized and up to date.”
